NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA (May, 2008)
– Jim Payette Photography is participating in a nationwide
scholarship program to be awarded to a member of the class
of 2009.
The scholarship is made available through
Senior Photographers International (SPI), an organization
of professional photography studios specializing in high school
senior portraits. The $1,000.00 scholarship may be applied
to tuition and related costs at any institution of higher
learning, including colleges, universities, and trade schools.
Three scholarships will be awarded nationally.
“These scholarships were established
as a means of helping seniors each year to continue their
education,” said Ed Burns, President of SPI. “Applications
are only available through member studios like Jim Payette
Photography.”
This year’s scholarship winner
will be announced in April 2009.
Senior Photographers International
was founded in 1992 to bring together high school senior portrait
photographers in order to share ideas and expertise among
one another. As a group, the members photograph approximately
200,000 seniors each year.
Jim Payette Photography
is a valued member of Senior Photographers International and
has been serving the local area for nearly three years.
